The Trustee (UMSS Limited) and the University needs to keep personal information about you and your dependants for the purposes of running UMSS. From time to time, the Trustee may need to pass this information to other groups, such as professional advisers. The Trustee is registered with the Information Commissioner's office as a data controller. Data protection law gives you certain rights such as to make sure that your personal information is accurate and to know who it has been shared with. You are entitled to request a copy of the information held about you and have any inaccuracies corrected.
